DEEP HOUSE YOGA WORKSHOP with STEPH JAKSCH

We had the pleasure to host Steph Jaksch from yomats.com, selling environmentally friendly produced yoga mats, made of natural tree rubber.

Born and raised in Berlin Steph trained NYC Style Jivamukti Yoga and completed her teacher training with Sharon Gannon and David Life in 2003, followed by a continuing education in Munich with Patrick Broome and many international teachers like Mark Whittwell, Brian Kest and Gurmukh.

Steph finished her trip with an intense DeephouseYoga Workshop and made the community sweat to the beats of Nicolas Jaar, Damian Lazarus, Caribou, âme …tailored to the Dynamic Hatha Vinyasa Yoga practice.
